Exchange and Return

1. Products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

2. The purchased product can be exchanged for any other product in the store.

3. Exchange is possible if the product has preserved its initial look, is in perfect condition and the factory label on it is not damaged or removed/lost.

4. The payment receipt is required.

5. It is possible to exchange for products with the same or higher value.

6. The following products cannot be exchange: gas canister, sleeping bag, socks, towel, underwear, thermal and swimming clothes.

7. Purchased products can be exchanged only once.

5. A Buyer will get a same day full refund in cash, or to the bank account within 2 to 5 working days. Refunds will be made after we receive the returned product at the location and it meets the above requirements.
